How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Village Poo Crew. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Do I need a contract for poop scooping services?

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

How do you dispose of pet waste after each cleanup?

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. After each cleanup, our technician will double bag the waste and place it in a sealed container. At the end of each shift, the waste is disposed in a designated trash receptacle that is contracted to be picked up weekly by local waste management.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
